Key Collaborators - Its conception, ethos and aspirations
Key Collaborators has been created by Vincent Hoffmann AKA Vince. While Key Collaborators is fresh and young, its founder has been working for the last 20 odd years across multiple industries and countries. It's in the last 7 years he has been building on a set of principles, an ethos comprising of; finding the Win-Wins, identifying opportunities within problems, perseverance and adaptation. We live in a world of so much abundance yet the disparity between the haves and have-nots is only growing. To achieve positive change we need more Stakeholder Centric Strategies and more collaboration. The founder of Key Collaborators has high hopes for this company and recognizes that real and sustainable success requires a little more consideration and a lot more collaboration. Key Collaborators intends to find and create sustainable systems that considers all stakeholders and builds a better tomorrow in doing so. Vincent Hoffmann is a South African with deep Mauritian roots and a passion for leveraging innovative solutions and human relations to create Win-Wins.
Since discovering blockchain technology in 2017 he became enthralled by its potential to bring a level of trust which greatly mitigates and in many cases, eliminates fraud and exploitation. This was the spark that ignited his passion and drive to Make A Difference through Human Relations, Technology and Action. His career started within the HTMLCOIN & Althash ecosystem in early 2018 as a chat room moderator. He very quickly grew within the organization and community, taking responsibility for whatever he could thus evolving into the Chief Operating Officer until his resignation in mid 2022. Vince is currently the COO of Kryptic and the Head of Community Relations for Lingo.
Over the last few years, he has developed a set of guiding principles, an ethos if you will. "Most of life’s opportunities are found and developed through the relationships we create and nurture. For any relationship to prevail, a clear Win-Win is needed and with that understanding, he is able to leverage resources and achieve most things.
